The location is perfect. Unfortunately, when I visited in mid-November, I thought I could see the top of Mount Fuji covered with snow. Unexpectedly, it was a mild winter this year, so I had to find a chance to come back again!

It feels good to stay in the hotel. The hotel feels quite high-end. The counter is very high-end and clean. The room size is the size of an ordinary chain store. Overall I am quite satisfied. The hotel has a free parking lot and there is a convenience store nearby. The overall feeling is very good. It's clean and pretty good. If you have a chance, you might consider staying there again.

The location is great, you can view Mount Fuji from the room, and the service from the hotel staff is also very considerate and thoughtful! The hot springs are very comfortable and the kaiseki cuisine is delicious! I hope to visit and stay again next time

Friendly and helpful employees. Free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station is very helpful. There is a view of Mt. Fuji near the hotel, just walk near the stoo light.

I really like this accommodation. I live in my own room (not a dormitory room) and it’s great to have a loft! The loft can sleep two people on a mattress, but the mattress is thick enough and easy to sleep on. The air in the room is fresh and ventilated, there is no musty smell, and the space is large enough to open the large suitcase and store it flat. There are not many IH stoves in the shared kitchen on the first floor, but the required kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery are provided. Regarding the parking lot, if you are checking in, you can park for a while (1 space), and the accommodation is in the alley; if you want to stay overnight, the official one actually provides it, but the location is difficult to find, and I am too lazy to use Japanese anymore I asked, and then I put it directly in the Dashi Park public parking lot (free). There are many places. I walked to the hotel without taking my luggage (it is in the alley, it is easy to walk too far without paying attention!) for 5 minutes.

The great thing is that it is beautiful ~ the air is very good. The hotel accommodation and restaurants are both excellent. I will definitely come here next time, the location is very close to Lake Kawaguchi.
