Funaoka Onsen tours

Join this day tour on 8th January 2025 (Tuesday)and our tour leader is Jay, he is friendly and he can communicate using 3 languages (Mandarin, English and of cos Japanese) , so lucky to see falling snow when reach first destination. Feeding of seagulls is also a very good expreriece and accompany by lots of eagles when feeding seagulls . First time seeing so many eagles together and flying passes us so close. Overall I do enjoyed it.

It was a great experience exploring Kyoto. We got to see everything we want to see in a day. Our tour guide Anson was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommended this tour if you want to see and feed the deer. And also see the culture of Kyoto.

Glad we booked at Klook. It was very convenient and our tour guide was very informative and funny. We had great pics at The Kiyomizu temple, still with Autumn leaves as backdrop. We had fun at Nara park too. This Klook package is a must for Kyoto and Nara.

During this trip, we were fortunate enough to meet our tour guide Charles, and his performance was really admirable! Charles is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese, which made our travel experience smoother and more enjoyable. Whether communicating with foreign tourists or asking locals, Charles was always able to deal with it easily, making us feel that language is no longer a barrier. We were deeply touched by Charles' patience and attentiveness. He will take the initiative to care about the needs of each group member. Whether it is adjustments to the itinerary or questions about local culture, he will patiently answer them and make us feel cared for like family. Whenever we asked a question or request, he always had a smile on his face and was always ready to help. This service attitude made the whole trip full of warmth. During the trip, Charles was more than just a tour guide, but more like a friend. He will share many interesting stories and local customs, allowing us to not just watch the tour but to truly immerse ourselves in the culture of this place. The introduction of each attraction was full of his enthusiasm, making us full of expectations for each place. In addition, Charles is also very thoughtful in arranging the itinerary, fully considering the age and needs of the group members, and adjusting the itinerary just right so that everyone can enjoy the fun of the trip. He was always looking out for our safety and making sure everyone was having a comfortable tour, which made us feel very reassured. Overall, this trip became more exciting because of Charles' company. We are very grateful for everything he did for us and made our trip full of wonderful memories. I wish Charles all the best in his future work and can continue to provide such high-quality services to more tourists! If we have the opportunity to travel again, we would definitely like to explore new places with Charles again. Thank you again, Charles!

Our tour was great. The places we went was really crowded but it was expected. The schedule was good and gave us enough spare time to do as we liked. Although our group was a big group but our guide was very attentive and entertaining the whole time. he really took extra care to message us and give us tips and reminders of meet up places and time. We left from the last location on our own and he messaged me to make sure we got back safely.

It was very beutiful experience started with romantic train then river ride,, it was so fun! the buffet was nice too then perfect time to stroll around arashiyama..Our tour guide was very informative and helpful..

Ms. Etta was on time, well organized, and had great cultural information. She was also easy to understand and converse with, approachable and was full of life. She explained every detail of the places we visited. Highly recommended!
