I actually enjoyed my activity very much. Our guide , No No is very friendly, engage with all of us into the group, patient, ask us questions and her history about the place is wow. she explained the history of the most important areas and even about Japan/tokyo. Now I can say I understand Japan a bit but still a lot more to find out. my daughter and I really really enjoyed this tour and our guide was phenomenal. I will bring more of my family to this activity so that they can learn too. thank you so much No No.

Highly recommended! Staff are friendly and helpful throughout the whole journey. I'm in a group of 10, there are 1 staff guiding at the front for the road and another one at the back so that you won't lost your way. Is a great experience to try out and fun.

The photographer was very professional and friendly. The photos turned out to be satisfactory, which made us not feel awkward when taking photos. There was a photographer who spoke Chinese. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily in Tokyo and it was very cold. After taking photos, we only wore our kimonos for about 2 hours before we were so cold that we had to go back to the store and change into thicker clothes.

Although the tickets are more expensive at night, I think it is more recommended at night. It is windy outside so you may need to bring a jacket to keep warm. I will come back to grab tickets later if I have the chance.

I took my family to try on kimono for the first time. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. There are also some famous restaurants and dessert shops nearby that you shouldn’t miss.

The store location is just 30 meters from train exit. Service and assistance in wearing kimono were ok.

super cute and very straight forward instructions. our instructor also speaks English and was able to help whenever we got stuck. lots of fabric options to make your perfect little souvenir! plus the store is cute and there’s other handmade trinkets and ceramics you can purchase too!

The service is super good and patient. They will also give suggestions on outfits. The experience is very good. You can choose bags freely. It is a very good experience. I highly recommend it!
