How do I collect and redeem my tickets?

Depending on the operator, you can either board with a Klook voucher (mobile or printed) or exchange your Klook voucher for a boarding pass to board your ferry.

Klook vouchers will appear in your Klook account after the booking is confirmed. For e-tickets, we'll send you these by email 1-2 days before your departure date.
