Why did my payment fail?
If you're experiencing issues when making your payment, please try the following:
- Double-check that you've entered your payment details (card number, expiry date, CVV 2. code, etc.) correctly.
- Check if your card is authorized for international and online purchases. Get in touch with your bank directly for more information on this.
- Try using a different browser or the Klook mobile app to make your booking.
- Try using another card or choose a different payment method.
- If you've used a promo code for your order, please check the Terms & Conditions of your promo code to verify that your chosen payment method can be used together with your promo code.
