Flights

You can book your tickets here and check the status on the Bookings page once it's complete. 

On the day of departure, follow the normal check-in process at your airline counter with the documents (passport, etc.) you used to book. 

Make sure to arrive 3 hours before departure for international flights.

You can book up to 2 child tickets for every adult ticket (Child tickets cannot be booked without an adult ticket).

If you need to book a ticket for an infant (aged 1 or below), please contact the airline after booking your adult ticket. Infant tickets aren't currently available on Klook.

This is usually because of one of these reasons:

1. The payment wasn’t completed in time
2. The operator couldn't get your ticket issued For further details, please reach out to our customer support.

You can cancel and request a refund from the Bookings page. Please keep in mind that whether or not you can get a refund depends on the airline’s cancellation policy and your cancellation reason.
