Shin-Osaka - Hiroshima ·
The train ride from Osaka to Hiroshima booked through Klook was seamless and highly enjoyable. Klook’s booking process was straightforward, providing clear instructions for ticket collection and platform directions. The seats were spacious, and the train was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. The journey offered scenic views, and the train’s speed meant I could reach Hiroshima in about 1.5 hours. With accurate timings and friendly service, the experience was convenient and stress-free, especially for travelers unfamiliar with Japanese rail. Overall, it’s an excellent option for a quick and pleasant trip between the two cities. Highly recommended!

Tobu Nikko - Asakusa ·
I’d recommend adding this to the basic train pass so you have more time to spend in Nikko vice on the train traveling. it was very easy to add to my Nikko World Heritage pass and only about $12 more each way. Trains were clean, on time, and made for a smooth journey.

Very convenient. Bought one way ticket from Kawaguchicko Station to Shinjuku Station. I wasn’t able to get the physica ticket in Kawaguchicko. But you need to generate it once you arrive in Shinjuku or else you cannot go out from thw station

Tokyo - Kyoto ·
the traineas perfect and super fast but if you are traveling with oversized luggage, i would suggest not to use klook as they can’t confirm the availability and you have to pay first to know. I wish Klook would also allow physical tickets to be collected rather than using the qr code as we can see so many people stuck while trying to scan the code generated by Klook.

Fuss free booking. Klook confirmed our seats reservation about one month before the travel date. Green car is so spacious and comfortable! Gave us complimentary wet wipes and staff keeps going around for us to clear our rubbish. we requested seats with Mount Fuji view but Mount Fuji was shy that day and could see from the train ride.

The Narita Express is a dedicated airport train that runs between Narita Airport and various locations in Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. It operates regularly throughout the day, with departures as often as every 30 minutes.

One of the key advantages of taking the Narita Express is its speed. The train travels at up to 160 kilometers per hour, allowing you to reach your destination quickly and comfortably. You won't have to worry about traffic jams or delays due to road congestion.

Another benefit of the Narita Express is its convenience. The train has plenty of luggage space, and you can easily store your suitcases in the overhead racks or at the end of each car. Plus, the seats are comfortable and spacious, making for a pleasant travel experience.
