Singapore has officially transitioned from Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) to the Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF). With the easing up of Singapore travel restrictions, all fully-vaccinated travelers from any country or region are allowed to enter Singapore quarantine-free, provided the place of origin is not on the Ministry of Health's Restricted Category. Currently, there is no country or region under the Restricted Category.

Eligibility for Singapore's Vaccinated Travel Framework

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Starting 13 Feb, all Covid-19 border measures will be removed. Whether you are vaccinated or not, you are no longer required to show proof of a negative pre-departure test before entering Singapore. Additionally, non-vaccinated visitors will no longer have to purchase Covid-19 travel insurance.
First question, who is allowed to enter? Currently, under Singapore’s Vaccinated Travel Framework, eligible foreign tourists can enjoy quarantine-free travel to Singapore following these set conditions:
- Holds an accepted proof of vaccination and is *fully vaccinated against Covid-19
For non-fully vaccinated travelers aged 13+ you may can visit the Non-fully Vaccinated and Recently-Recovered Travelers checklist or the Self-Checker to learn more about the special requirements
*Children aged 0-12 who are not fully vaccinated may still enter and travel to Singapore.

Do the set conditions apply to you? We sure hope so! Once you’ve confirmed that you are indeed eligible to enter Singapore under the Vaccinated Travel Framework conditions, here’s where the start of the adventure really begins– the planning!
We’ve divided this section into three parts: before booking your trip, departing for Singapore, and finally your arrival at the great Lion City.
Before Booking your Travel to Singapore
- Get a copy of your accepted proof of vaccination. This varies per country or region. You can check the list of approved formats for your country/region.
- Apply for a Visa. Only needed if this required for your country/region
- Submit your Health Declaration form. All travelers must fill up the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online before your arrival in Singapore
- Download the TraceTogether app. All short-term visitors MUST download the TraceTogether app for contact tracing. Children aged 0-6 are exempted from this
Departing for Singapore
- Prepare all your pre-boarding documents for checking. Make sure to have the following documents below in physical/hard copy or electronic/soft copy to be presented upon arrival
- Valid visa (for Visa-required visitors)
- Accepted proof of vaccination
Arrival in Singapore
- Clear Arrival Immigration. Once cleared, you'll be given an e-Pass that stated your period of stay via email. Your passport won't be stamped anymore.
- Mask up when indoors! Wearing masks are mandatory indoors but will be optional if you're outdoors

1. What are considered WHO EUL Vaccines?
The following are considered WHO EUL approved vaccines:
- Pfizer/BioNTech
- Moderna
- Astrazeneca
- Covishield (Serum Institute of India)
- Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
- *Sinovac
- *Sinopharm
- Covaxin
- Novavax
*Travelers entering Singapore with Sinopharm and Sinovac vaccinations are required to have a minimum of 3 vaccination doses to be eligible
2. What is the difference between Long-term Pass Holders (LTPH) and Short-term Visitors (STV)?
Long-term Pass Holders are holders of work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, student passes issued by the Ministry of Education, and long-term visit passes issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. Short-term visitors are travelers who are not Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Long-term Pass Holders.
3. What information does my vaccination certificate need to contain?
Your accepted proof of vaccination must contain the following information:
- your name, and at least one other personal identifier such as your date of birth or passport number corresponding exactly with the information in your passport used for entry into Singapore;
- the name(s) of vaccine(s) used
- the date(s) of vaccination. The date of the last dose should be administered at least 14 days before your arrival in Singapore.
4. Am I required to have a booster dose to be eligible for the VTF?
Currently, travelers are not required to have a booster dose during their entry but are only required to be fully vaccinated with their primary vaccination doses
7. What should I do if I'm symptomatic when I land?
If you show symptoms upon your arrival in Singapore, you may be directed to take a Covid-19 test or be required to do other requirements instructed by airport officers.
