The room is in good and reasonable price for an overnight stay which is accessible to nearby shops, tram and downtown areas, about 6 minutes on a tram ride going to the Melbourne Central and 5 minutes walk to Flinders Street Station. Our hotel room was so clean, very spacious, and with a overlooking city view on the outside. It has a huge television, a very clean toilet with generous of toiletries and coffees and teabags on the coffee table side. Overall, it is a recommendable stay here with a good price and a minute walk to downtown and stroll around the city area.

The front desk was very friendly and helped me merge two different reservations so I didn't have to change rooms. The room was well decorated and very clean. The overall atmosphere is very high-end. Not far from southern cross station, it is also very convenient to walk to the central shopping area.

had a great time staying in melbourne city suites, the suite is big with a kitchen area with all the utensils provided and a fridge so we can cook, only thing is view from window is blocked by an office building so could see people working there

Our overnight stay in the accommodation was great. Staff were friendly and smiling upon checking in. The price were affordable. The location was good, close to queen Victoria market, with a shops and restaurants nearby if you’re planning to stroll around the city. Walking distance to the tram station, and 10 minutes ride via tram to the Melbourne Central. The room itself was clean, towels and toiletries were provided. Small coffee area to room was good. There’s also snack vending machine because we’re staying in 8th floor. Small medium sized long table alongside with a TV and a chair were also provided which is an ideal especially if you’re working while travelling. It was a great stay all in all. A huge thank you to the staff for your good service and warm accommodation you showed to us during our overnight stay to Ibis Hotels and Apartments. Will definitely be back next time. 😊

1. Location: Proximity to Melbourne Central public transport, Coles Woolworth and restaurants. 2. Cleanliness: Overall the rooms are clean, bathrooms, and common areas. 3. Amenities: They have Wi-Fi, got free breakfast on Sunday, gym, and you can use kitchen facilities. 4. Staff are Friendly and helpful. 5. Value for Money given the location. 6. Got upgraded from 4female dorm to 2female dorm. 8. I feel safe as female solo traveler. thank you space hotel

we were given free upgrade. we just book the cheapest room without view but we were given a room with balcony. oaks is a good hotel with complete amenities and super close to southern cross station. it is also one tram away from qv , queen victoria market, dfo etc
