Go to the Klooks counter just next to the Japanese bridge and they will scan yr QR code and follow the guys to the river and wait foe the next boat available.Klooks are giving a good service.

Easy to book, we booked to use it on site, no problem booking anything, book and wait to get on and off the boat immediately, the price is not expensive, no need to pay anything more, except if you want to tip the rower, it's up to you. The rower tried to entertain us a lot, if you like fun, want to spin or slow, chill, you can request it. The rower is very nice, received good service. Recommend, if you go with friends, you can share a Grab. It's a bit far from the city center. As for us, we rode bicycles from the accommodation. The location is not hard to find, see the Klook sign, there are people waiting to welcome.

We got an excellent experience, probably the best one in our trip to Vietnam. Service was exceptional and very easy, just went to the designated place and looked for a Klook agent and he took us to the boat. Our boat 'captain' was exceptionally fun to be around with. The coconut after ride was delicious.

It is highly recommended to rent an Ao dai for a day. Taking photos in the ancient town of Hoi An will be very photogenic. Many people asked about it along the way. The boss is very nice. You don’t need to rush back to return it. You can return it directly to the Hoi An hotel the next day. Highly recommended💯
