Our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast was truly wonderful! The hotel’s vibrant rock-and-roll theme, combined with its luxurious amenities, made it the perfect getaway for our family. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with the signature Hard Rock vibe. The pool area was fantastic, offering something for everyone—a fun kids' pool and a relaxing poolside bar for adults. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. What stood out most was the lively atmosphere created by the music, décor, and live entertainment. It added an extra layer of fun and excitement to our stay. However, while the overall service was friendly and accommodating, there is room for improvement in staff efficiency. Some processes, including check-in and requests for assistance, were slower than expected. A little more promptness would have elevated the experience even further. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and we’d happily return for another stay. The room is quite spacious and has 2 floors. The room and balcony are clean, and there is a place to hang wet clothes on the balcony. The management for check in and check out is really fast, even though there are many customers. The best.

Best and recommended for a big family. Children enjoy swimming at the waterpark.

Everything was good except breakfast.Need improvement for that.Check out process was smooth.Have to wait for couple of minutes for check in process.

Went with family, rooms are clean and they provide water too. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. There are shuttle bus services to different places, carpark has 3 ev chargers too. Good for people with ev cars. Rooms have nice good view too. Lobby area has games to entertain kids and family as well! will definitely be back.

Great stay.........just that the room was very far from the car park.
