Yesterday's 1/11 itinerary was great. Thank you to the team leader Zhou Yan (Grace) and Mr. Sasaki for driving smoothly. Grace is the most professional and dedicated tour guide I have participated in 5-6 one-day tours! 1. In the car, we first explain the zoo’s routes, dining locations, and star animal attractions. When you get off the bus, you can choose your own arrangements. Because I saw other group leaders rushing to the penguin walking route, and some people slipped and fell. It was really dangerous! 2. The Christmas tree was adjusted from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. We were also provided with various Christmas tree photos for our reference. We were originally worried that we would not have enough time, but now we can take photos slowly. I am very happy! 3. Grace saw in the comments that people complained that the toilets in the Elf Terrace Hotel were not enough for use. When time allowed, they temporarily added a rest and shop itinerary so that everyone could go to the restroom to rest and shop first. It was also very considerate! Thank you Grace for your hard work, it deserves 5 stars!

Although we spent more time in the car this time, I was generally satisfied. The tour guide's surname was Meng, and she was very kind. The weather was good, so the driver stopped the car and we got off to take pictures of the Christmas tree. Except for the Elf Terrace, which was crowded and had a lot of traces of human activities, which I didn't like, I was very satisfied with the other arrangements, especially the snowmobile, which was quite fun~
