cheaper to buy Klook vouchers than to pay full amount at the counter. but the staff are slow and like to ignore customers. I was standing there for a full 5 mins before a staff finally looked up and walked over to the counter to take my order. All other staff pretended to be busy folding boxes and chatting while looking down to avoid customers’ gazes.

I recently visited Shake Shack at Gardens by the Bay and had a pleasant experience despite the crowd. The staff were friendly and patience - they efficiently handled my Klook voucher redemption for four sets despite the long Q. The burgers were ok, and we had an ocean of fries 😅 we were too hungry and forgot to take pictures. attached pics are taken from shakeshack.com

Easy to use, staff was aware of this deal. Could stack with Yakun physical voucher that I have as well. Toast and steam bread were cold (not warm), and each set is now $6.30, which is quite ex.

The pasta taste quite good and not stingy with their ingredients. Located in a quiet corner of Centrepoint, which makes it a nice place to chill and hangout out with friends.
