Takachiho Gorge tours

The place/experience was indeed great. Really enjoyed the gorge and also walking to the shrines. Our guide was very accommodating since she new that my mom is quite old so they would stop and look for us whenever we get far from the group. The food served was also filling. Beef tasted great and you could cook it on your own. The sake given by the crew definitely gave a kick to our lunch set.

1. This time, 7 people went, and the Sakuramachi bus connected them. The driver will check the seat list (it is recommended to print the order to make it easier to check the list). 2. Stop at Takamori Station for 10 minutes, where you can use the restroom and take photos of the One Piece train. There are many anime signature boards and commemorative stamps inside the station. 3. When we arrived at Takachiho, there was a taxi driver holding a sign with names (it was raining heavily that day and the driver held up the sign in the rain. He was really distressed and dedicated). Unfortunately, the order stated that more than 4 people would be divided into 2 taxis. Because it was raining heavily and there was poor communication, I made the mistake. I thought there was only one taxi at the back. The shuttle driver was very nice. After we arrived at the designated location, we found out that he would go back for the second taxi. The shuttle driver later helped us connect with another taxi driver and refunded the money to us. It was true. Very grateful. And halfway through, my friend discovered that we had left our cell phones on the bus and forgot to take them. The driver immediately took us back to the bus to get them without saying a word. We were really grateful. 4. Although it rained heavily today, it has a unique flavor. I hope the weather will be good next time I visit again^^.

the guide Naoko was an excellent accompaniment. She gave us so many information about the places we visited and beyond that. The tour wouldn't be great without her.

After flying to Japan, I checked the details of the Takachiho bus, but it was already full. I originally planned to go to Takachiho by myself, so I had to find a day trip. I found a place on Klook that was reasonably priced and included the Soseromi Kumano Shrine I wanted to visit. Book now and confirm your order easily. Because I went to play by myself, and the traffic here is relatively sparse, the schedule was very tight. As soon as I saw the tour guide Tan Yingying, I asked her if I could get back to the station at 1730. She said it was basically impossible. There was a traffic jam yesterday and Friday, so I didn't get back until 1900. Today is still a holiday. During the trip, she patiently introduced the scenic spots and itinerary, carefully watched whether the group members were following, and also paid attention to the time. She remembered that I was catching the train and the other was catching the plane. In the end, our group members gathered and set off on time, and everything went smoothly afterwards. Everyone got back to the car on time, and finally returned to the meeting place at 1730. I was so happy! I would like to thank Xiaoying and the driver for their help.

Our tour guide Daisy Wu can effectively communicate in English & Chinese. We had a memorable trip. We rode the train and Daisy sent us a souvenir train ride video at the start of the ride. Although the Takachiko George is far from the city, this tour is highly recommended since it is scenic spot. Kumamoto Castle is impressive. Our tour guide is also kind enough to share tips on where to buy affordable Fukuoka items and she even guided us on how to navigate on the place we want to go to.

Great day trip with wonderful driver (Sakai-san), tour guide (Ōtsuka-san) and interpreter (Ushijima-san). Locations were beautiful and amazing + the journey to each location was cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend to those wanna explore Kumamoto and Miyazaki prefecture 👍🏻

Glad that I sign up for this tour. Helen 小谭 who is our guide who can converse in both chinese and English has explain well about each destination that greatly added soul to them. The weather that is very good that the driver stopped (not included in package) in a open area for us to take beautiful photo of the mountain view. Overall the trip is well managed and Helen also gift each of us a box of local food. Highly recommended.

This time I took my parents on a self-guided trip. In order to make the journey more comfortable and have more fun, I tried chartering a car for the first time. Before departure, the charter company will create a LINE group where you can ask any questions. After confirming the driver, the driver will also be added to the group. The driver will send a LINE message on the day to tell you where to meet, so you don't have to worry about not being able to find someone. This time we visited four tourist attractions in Takachiho (one of which the driver asked us to visit as an extra). The whole trip was very smooth and comfortable, and the time was well controlled. Although the driver was young, he was also kind and courteous. Overall, it was great. experience!
