stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. it’s close to platinum area and Siam square. there’s a massage place across, a 7/11 nearby. made my trip very convenient

I love this hotel! staff are kind and professional! beautiful view with rooms and the rooftop pool. Although pool is cold since its at the top of the bldg. love the room and the fitness center. will check in here again for sure!

Two months before our planned trip, we chose Siam Palace Hotel for its accessibility, convenience, and affordability. Admittedly, we were initially hesitant due to the limited online reviews. However, our stay turned out to be a great decision. The hotel's location made exploring Bangkok effortless, with easy access to major attractions and no concerns about high transportation costs. The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with our needs. Their attentiveness, politeness, and professionalism stood out throughout our visit. Siam Palace Hotel has earned a spot as our preferred accommodation for future trips to Bangkok.

The room is spacious and the transportation location is very convenient. There is a duty-free shop next to it and there is a simple shopping mall. You can also use the connecting port on the second floor of the mall to get to the subway during business hours. It is very convenient.

Good place to stay in Thailand 🇹🇭 The room is big and it has a nice view. Budget friendly and breakfast is so good! 😊

Hotel was clean and near to Phaya Thai BTS, 15min walk to pratunam market. There is some stairs in front of hotel entrance which is quite inconvenient as I need to carry the luggage to walk to the hotel lobby.

Stayed in two hotels in Bangkok during our last trip and Bizotel was the better one. Bizotel is some walk away to the nearest MRT but you wouldn't mind much as the neighborhood is not too crazy. Food spots around are affordable and there is a night market nearby. The hotel itself is clean and well-kempt; the facilities, new and well-maintained. Housekeeping promptly addresses your needs. Breakfast is satisfactory. We were relegated to the other building where rooms were smaller, but it was comfortable just the same. We slept soundly during our stay. We'll definitely consider staying here again in future visits.

Loved our stay at Bizotel—well worth it for the affordable price we paid. We slept soundly as the rooms, while compact, were clean and well-kempt. Breakfast was filling and there was enough variety. The vicinity was peaceful and there were food stalls and a street market nearby to explore other affordable food and snack options. The nearest MRT was a comfortable distance away and public buses have a stop a few streets over. It was also not a problem booking a Grab/Bolt ride around the area. We'll definitely consider staying here again in future trips.
