Excellent and relaxing tour to see the largest freshwater lake in Japan through a scenic cable car ride and view deck in Lake Biwa. The La Collina facility was also beautifully constructed and we were able to sample a lot of freshly made cakes and pastries. Thank you Klook!

Our driver, Mr. Wang, was very nice and the car was very stable. The scenic spots were also introduced. The Biwako Valley was very beautiful, but 2 hours was not enough, it would be better to give 3 hours. There are 4 scenic spots in this itinerary, but you can actually go to only one of the shrines and temples, so that you can enjoy the beauty of Biwako for a while longer. The cake park at the end was very special, like a fairy tale village.

Tour guide Grace is very good and professional, she will create messaging groupings before departure and give itinerary with estimates time spent, this is very helpful for us

If some passers-by are late during the itinerary, it is recommended that the tour guide reminds all group members to pay attention to the gathering time at the beginning. It is not easy to sleep on the bus. It is recommended to bring a neck pillow.

Special thanks to the driver An Wei for starting the trip on time, driving smoothly and complying with traffic laws, ensuring the safety of the trip and allowing us to have a good rest. The cleanliness of the vehicle is also very good. Like 👍

This time we chose a 10-seater chartered itinerary, with 8 people. The driver can speak Japanese and Taiwanese, and communication is completely trouble-free. We have to change the itinerary so we can make adjustments easily. They will add a line the night before to facilitate contact and provide car information, which is very considerate.

We met a good driver who was able to considerately handle the issues we needed help with, making our family feel more at ease when traveling. We look forward to our next trip.

If you don’t want to travel by car, but want to visit the scenic spots around Lake Biwa, you can join this tour. The timetable is sufficient and you won’t be rushed. 👍 It is recommended to take the cable car to Upper Penglai
