This is such a great deal. We were able to visit 3 towns in one day. Meet up location was easy to find using google maps. 15minutes prior to departure, the tour operator called me via Whatsapp to check if I needed help going to the meet up place. We enjoyed our day tour visiting Pisa, Siena, and San Gigmano. Our guide Roberto and driver Raoul was great and very accommodating. Our guide explained clearly and passionately what we needed to see in each place. The tour package also included lunch. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and lunch. Since it was very hot when we went there, the time given for each town was just enough in my opinion.

The itinerary was generally smooth and reasonable. The tour guide had strong language skills and clear instructions. The air-conditioning in the tour bus could be stronger. It would be nice to have more food options during winery events. The stay in the mountain city can be longer. Overall satisfied.

Departed on time, the tour bus was very air-conditioned, the lunch was average, the time in San Gimignano was a little short, and the time at other attractions was ok

it is a wonderful tour to Pisa. The coach directly carry us from Florence to Pisa and back. The English speaking guide told us a lot history of the Cathedral and the Pisa Tower. All arrangements are good for the visitors.

It is very convenient to go to 3 cities in one day without transportation problems. Chinese food is paired with wine testing at a winery. Time management is very good.

The pickup spot was easy to find, the transportation was ok. Nice tour to join if your looking for spending half a day in pisa. the semi-independent tour doesn’t not include any audio guides but it was nice to take photos with the leaning tower of Pisa.

Today is a tour with a group. Visually, there are about 70 people in our group. The tour bus is a double-decker bus. We are afraid of motion sickness when sitting on the upper deck. Anxin has a special car tour guide. We are almost sleeping along the way💤 First stop: Siena West The old town of Enasienna was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 1995. The entire town itself is an attraction and is easy to photograph wherever you go. The second stop was for lunch and red wine tasting, a table for eight people. The food was placed before entering the table, and each person was given three glasses of wine to pair with it. One glass of white wine was paired with cheese, and the other two glasses of red wine, one was sour and the other was astringent, had a charming aroma. I originally thought that was all... Then I served another plate of spaghetti with meat sauce, and opened an extra bottle. The color was very beautiful, and the taste was refreshing and lightly fruity. I almost had the urge to buy a bottle back😅 Such a sumptuous lunch, it was worth the trip. Enough😁😁 At this time, I felt drunk, and even fell asleep after getting on the bus🤣 The third stop was San Gimignano (San Gimignano), I prefer this kind of escape from reality than the famous main attractions A sense of ancient mountain town. Last stop: Leaning Tower of Pisa If you want to know when to get to know Italy, it should start with the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Seeing everyone’s same check-in photos here, freezing each one one by one, I can’t help but smile inside...including myself of course😅 This is a 12-hour trip...Every time the group members gather on time, because they are afraid of being lost. 😂, time is up and waits for no one. We returned to the city at about eight o'clock in the evening. It was still dark, so we went straight to the Central Market, which is ten minutes away to have dinner... A satisfying end to a rich day's itinerary👣Italy🇮🇹20240620

Remarkable Landmarks and Must-Visit Sights

Leaning Tower of Pisa

The main attraction, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, stands at 55.86 meters on the low side and 56.67 meters on the high side. Visitors can climb its 296 steps to enjoy panoramic views of Pisa from the top.

Pisa Cathedral

Adjacent to the tower, the Pisa Cathedral is a stunning example of Romanesque architecture. Its intricate design and historical significance make it a must-see.

Pisa Baptistry

The Pisa Baptistry, another architectural gem in the Piazza del Duomo, is known for its impressive acoustics and beautiful design.

Culture and History

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is part of the Piazza del Duomo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Construction began in 1173 and was completed in 1372. The tower's lean started during construction due to soft ground. It has survived numerous earthquakes and was stabilized between 1993 and 2001.

Local Cuisine

Pisa offers a delightful culinary experience. Must-try dishes include 'pappa al pomodoro' (tomato and bread soup), 'ribollita' (a hearty vegetable soup), and 'cacciucco' (a traditional fish stew). Enjoy these dishes at local trattorias for an authentic taste of Tuscany.

Architectural Marvel

Built in the 12th century with an inadequate foundation, the Leaning Tower of Pisa has surprisingly stood the test of time. Recent restorations have reduced its tilt, but the lean is still noticeable and fascinating.

Cultural Significance

The Leaning Tower is not just a tourist attraction; it's a symbol of architectural resilience and historical significance. The Piazza dei Miracoli is a UNESCO World Heritage site, adding to its cultural importance.

Photo Opportunities

The Leaning Tower offers endless creative photo opportunities. Whether you're pretending to hold it up or pushing it down, it's a fun and iconic photo spot.

Cultural and Historical Significance

The Leaning Tower of Niles was built between 1931 and 1934 by Robert Ilg to conceal a water tower for his park. It has since become a symbol of architectural ingenuity and cultural heritage. In 2019, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places, recognizing its importance in American history and architecture.
