The hotel is just gorgeous! It's far from the center but also near to mtr station. Tsuen Wan and Tsuen Wan West. There is housekeeping everyday and they refill our water everyday, too. I hope there's a bidet in the toilet tho.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms are tidy and clean. They also clean and provide new towels everyday. There is also a shuttle provided going to Metroplaza (near Kwai Fong Station).

I booked the full day and it was worth every penny! The staffs clearly prioritize the cats well-being. They gave us disposable slippers and told us to use the alcohol they have before coming in. Once we were inside the staff told us the rules and what the scarves color meant (eg. black is to be very careful as they get annoyed and are very sensitive, reds mean they are on a diet or don't give treats). The place was so clean. Freebies they have are refillable water, tea, coffee and 2025 cat calendar. You can also buy other drinks at their self check-out or pay in cash. There are blankets, cat toys, cat combs, board games, cute headbands and cards games to borrow. The cats are all very happy and sociable. I saw all of them have different personalities and could tell they are comfortable with the staffs and the customers.
