Am thankful that we booked this day tour & was assigned a kind tour guide, Lucy! She is very knowledgeable & brought us to sky park which was an extra place of interest that was excluded in the Itinerary. She even helped to take photos for us & gave it to us to keep as memories. You may request for her if in Busan, as she is really a good tour guide! Our day drvr was friendly too! *Thumbs up*

Our recent Busan tour with Eva and Jinny as our guides was truly exceptional! Eva speaks English fluently and was incredibly hands-on throughout the trip, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Even after the tour, she graciously offered to assist us with recommendations on places to visit and other inquiries. Jinny, on the other hand, is highly skilled in Chinese, making the experience seamless for our group. Both guides went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, demonstrating professionalism and warmth at every step. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, covering almost all major tourist spots in Busan. Time was managed perfectly, allowing us to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. We couldn’t have asked for better guides or a better tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan!

Thank you Ken for such a wonderful experience. He even went the extra mile to make our trip as enjoyable as can be. His explanation in English were very clear and mixed in with Chinese words to help us understand the historical context of much of the tour. We also love how he was able to expertly take photos for us.

Leaving a positive review because of Jack, our tour guide. He was an exceptional guide; his patience and clear communication of instructions before our trip immediately set a wonderful tone. And throughout the tour, he was incredibly engaging, making the experience both educational and enjoyable with his enthusiastic storytelling. His tips and historical insights added depth to our visit, enriching our understanding of Busan and Gyeonju''s rich culture and history. As for the tour, it did save us time. Our tour group had a senior and a child but despite of that we were able to follow our itinerary. I highly recommend this small group tour.

Steven was an exceptional guide during our 1 day trip in Busan. His meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly, and he went above and beyond to cater to our family’s needs, especially our young children. From adjusting the itinerary to keeping the kids entertained and comfortable, Steven’s thoughtfulness and genuine care made our trip truly memorable. Definitely someone I will look for as a guide when I am back in Busan again ☺️Fun Fact: Steven is multilingual.

We really enjoyed our tour of Busan's East side. Our guide Mira was fantastic, guiding a mixed English/Chinese speaking group with small children isn't easy but she made sure we all enjoyed our day while learning about the city and its history, highly recommended!

Our Guide, Coby, he will always made his effort to park his vehicle to alight us at all the destination stops to convenience us to reduce unnecessary walks and save time. His conversing in English with us which made us feel at ease without any Language barrier. In overall, package is good but should also include the Strawberry plucking activity would be better during winter season.
