Wonderful experience visiting Ha Long Bay for the first time! John was our tour guide and he was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Pick up and transfers were smooth. Itinerary was explained very clearly. Food provided during cruise was plentiful.

An Excellent tour, Immediately received the booking confirmation in the mail. Within a few hours, the tour guide connected on WhatsApp confirmed the pickup time and provided the vehicle details. The pickup was on time, and tour guide Thaison was very professional and managed the tour very well with his humour and his knowledge of Vietnamese history, The Time provided for activities like hiking and cycling was sufficient. overall it was a fun-filled tour with knowledge of Vietnamese history, full of sightseeing, and activities, Thank you Klook for the best price - value for money.

went there alone but i never felt lonely because this is a group tour. you’ll meet new friends! there are alot of food choices! the service was great! will come back again with fam next time! thank u klook!

We had a great time on this tour! Duc, our tour guide, was very healpful on providing us information about the history of the place we visited especially in Hao Lu. Climbing mua cave was quite challenging because it was very hot on that day. But we were able to climbed it and touched the dragon! The view at the top is amazing! The boat ride in Trang an was very enjoyable as well. We're really lucky that the weather on that day was great plus the people that we met in our tour were fun to be with.

this tour makes us regret that we put it on our last day of vietnam trip, because it is very informative and it can guide us on where are the best food to try. thanks to our friendly and kind food tour guid Ms Jennifer of crossing vietnam tour. highly recommended

Note that itinerary is not in order. Overall, did enjoy the tour. It was a little touristy at times when visiting the villages but they are not insistent on you buying any crafts so it was still fine. Definitely visit Fansipan mountain! Unfortunately, it was foggy so we could not see much. Layer on as it was roughly 10C at the summit in August!

we loved our time touring the city on the bikes. Tie and Andrew were great guides and were very helpful and patient and explained everything in detail. they also helped us get good exchange rate for dollars and helped us procure the sim cards. we highly recommend people booking this tour and having Andrew and Tie as their guides. not to forget, they also took us to a nice authentic coffee shop and didn't let us pay for the coffee.
