The hotel is clean and the space of room is quite wide. The location is great within few minutes of walking you can find many local food street and also famous food around. Thank you for providing good service, definitely will stay there again.

This hotel is very aesthetic and it located central in the art street. Reserve via Klook is so affordable and easy.

I really like the service of this hotel. We stayed in a 3-person room, and the 3rd person had his own private room, which was a pleasant surprise! The bed was big, comfortable and clean, and the service staff was very polite and had a good attitude. The location was also very convenient for walking and calling a taxi. I especially liked the drinks and candies and chocolates prepared by the hotel for the room, which were all carefully selected Malaysian specialty snacks. The hotel restaurant, the glasshouse, also had good food and environment. I was very satisfied with this stay and would come back again!

nice and big spacious room ! got ktv system as well. abit like service apartment approach. can return to stay .. maybe choose a different theme

It's a great hotel. The waitress at the counter is very enthusiastic and always introduces interesting places and delicious food in Penang. It's very close to the historical area.

comfortable with gd breakfast! convenient location unfortunately the nearby malls are quite dated. nice gym and play a short table tennis game with friends!
