Close to Kyoto Station, very convenient to travel to attractions. Room is big, clean and staffs are friendly.

The front desk staff are friendly and kind. Overall, I felt good about my stay. The location was convenient and the room was clean. It was not too small for a Japanese hotel.

we loved it here, just near the JR kyoto station as well as the few minutess walk from airport bus terminal.. there’s a lawson downstair..

Amazing Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and may our stay enjoyable. Only a short walk to Kyoto station so it’s very convenient.

The room is bigger than most hotels and provided with amenities such as laundry machine and kitchen which is very useful

Had a great time staying at this hotel. We stayed for 4 days. Location close to Fushimi Inari Shrine within walking distance. Hotel immaculately clean from lobby, hallway, room and bathroom. Laundy room on first floor was clean and reasonable price. Staff very nice and polite. Overall had great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very comfortae and the room has everything we needed. Definetely will come here again in our future trip to Kyoto. Room was clean and spacious, with bigger bed (compared to most bed in Tokyo). They have washing machine, electric stove with complete utilities, refrigerator, water heater, microwave, even clothes hanger for drying your clothes! And it is located near bus station and Family Mart. Only 15-20 minutes walking to kimono rental shops and ninenzaka area. Very worth the price
