It was my first time travelling to Japan including for my siblings and one of the things we wanted to see was Mount Fuji. So I was looking over different social media posts and came across one of a tour visiting Mount Fuji as well as surrounding villages and discovered that it was bookable via Klook. I recieved an email and message from our guide Tom the day before the tour and was pleasantly surprised how well organised and managed the whole tour was. We met up at Tokyo Station in the morning and made our way down to our first stop. Tom was very informative informing us about the history of each location and was helpful throughout the day if you needed something. Overall the tour was great value for money and would highly recommend if you wanted to make your trip to Japan even more memorable.

We had a great time with our guide James, he was very kind and gracious, time management was great and everything went smoothly. Although the weather is not good, climbing Shin-Aoyama Sengen Park in the snow is also a rare experience!

2025/3/3Thanks to our tour guide James for leading the group conscientiously and enthusiastically sharing information about Mount Fuji and Japan. The one-day trip to Mount Fuji was completed easily and happily. Although we missed Mount Fuji due to bad weather, climbing the mountain unexpectedly on a snowy day was another wonderful experience.

Although the weather was not good for this trip to Mount Fuji and it was rainy, thanks to the wonderful explanation of tour guide Jiang Jiwan, our trip was worthwhile. Our itinerary included the famous Oshino Hakkai and Kawaguchiko. At Oshino Hakkai, tour guide Jiang introduced the eight clear spring pools in detail and their connection with Mount Fuji, making us feel the wonder of nature. At Kawaguchiko, despite the gloomy weather, we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains. Tour guide Jiang also shared many legends and stories about Kawaguchiko, making our visit more interesting. Throughout the journey, tour guide Jiang introduced the history, culture and natural landscape of Mount Fuji in detail, and the explanation was vivid, interesting and fascinating. Even in the rain and fog, we also appreciated the unique charm of Mount Fuji, Oshino Hakkai and Kawaguchiko. Tour guide Jiang's enthusiasm and professionalism made up for the regrets brought by the weather, allowing us to have a deeper understanding of these attractions and leave unforgettable memories. In short, although the weather was not satisfactory, tour guide Jiang's explanation made this trip very worthwhile. "
