Our private tour car driver is Eric Chan and we toured around in a Tesla 😁It was a relaxing ride. We went to Shifen and Jiufen on a sunday so there were a lot of people and tour buses around. He brought us to rarely visited areas like an old coal mine in Shifen and some ‘cave’ and tunnels that was used during the world war. His directions were clear and would send photos of maps and gave us tips so it was easy for us to navigate around crowded areas and where he would pick us up. It was raining and he had some umbrellas and raincoat to lend us. It was a good experience and woul definitely recommend him.

Loved everything about this hotel. It’s so close to the Taoyuan Airport MRT and Taipei City Mall exits. There is a bus stop too literally in front of the hotel. There’s a 7/11 nearby too which you can go to for about 2-min walk. Will definitely book this again when we come back to Taiwan!

Our tour guide Belynda Chao was very nice! She was so patient with our tour mates who were very late. They made them sponsor cheap drinks for everyone as respect to everyone’s time. She told some historical stories of Taiwan, though I feel like they could give more. Overall, this tour is a must!
