I didn't go to work at the appointed time; I later agreed on the phone to change it to four in the afternoon, the time when my aromatherapist would work, but when I arrived, it was a complete stranger who I had never seen before... I showed the QR code to the guy at the counter and the rest of the conversation went smoothly, and I went through a maze of hallways and private rooms to a private room with a bed that looked like a barber's chair. The full body massage was done by a woman (an English speaker), and the foot massage was done by a man (who can speak basic Japanese). I live in Japan and sometimes go to Chinese or Thai massages, but the massage at this Taiwanese shop was different from any of those, but it hit the pressure points so well that I felt like my body was relaxing and I felt refreshed. .
