Meet up location was easily located with guidelines from the tour guide, Shake Shake. The seven star tree in winter is amazingly beautiful though we were freezing cold with strong winds. Like the birch forest with the amazing white forest views and the cosy gallery nearby. Popular spot of Christmas tree shows the tree is brave in this harsh winter. Aoike illumination with shades of blue to purple since the lake was frozen. Enjoy the warm arrangement from the tour guide and tour driver, thank you.

The weather was unstable today. It started to snow when we arrived at Asahikawa Zoo and waited for the penguin walk. Then it snowed even more when we went to Biei Town’s Ken & Mery Tree. Fortunately, the weather was nice for the third stop of our trip, Shikisai-no-Oka, when we were riding a motorcycle. We could also stop and let us take photos, but unfortunately the last attraction, the Forest Elf Terrace, was canceled due to bad weather. The tour guide Xiaoyang Tracy is familiar with the scenic spots. Since there are foreigners in the group, Tracy explains in Chinese and English. She is very considerate of everyone's needs and takes the initiative to help buy lunch. She also helps everyone take photos to leave good memories. She is serious and attentive in her work. Like it👍 🏻👍🏻

Our driver was so nice! Favorite part of this tour was shikisai no oka! It was snowing that day and the view of the white mountains is amazing! Try the snow pie! Lunch at Herb Garden was soooo good as well! The waterfall is a wonderful view!

It was my first time in Mt. Fuji and I did not regret a single thing. My tour guide, MIKA, is the best!! I went alone because I got separated from my friends, and MIKA did not hesitate to accompany me during our free time. She took amazing pictures of me, assisted all of us, and was very sweet and kind. She would also tell us facts about Mt. Fuji and Japan. I did not feel alone during the whole trip because of her, and I also got to meet new people. At the end of our trip, she gave all of us small gifts as remembrance and appreciation. I would certainly want to go back soon and I would love to have her as my tour guide again!!

This is a must-book especially if you have kids! Very interesting itinerary and good pacing. We were put under the English-speaking group for once by this tour organiser, so we were able to better appreciate Alex, the tour guide’s, depth of knowledge and tips. I would definitely recommend as long as you’re booked under the correct language group.

I highly recommend this tour! It was an enjoyable experience, and our tour guide, Leo, was both engaging and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in Nagoya, be sure to book this tour. Also, don’t miss the chance to grab your Sakae Cup and the Sarubobo amulet as keepsakes!

The guide, Ms Kishida Winnie, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She took very good care of us and also gave many interesting and useful guides, not only on the tour itinerary itself, but also on other attractions and things you can do in Tokyo. She is affluent in both English and Chinese.
