The tour is excellent and the tour guide tried her best to explain as the tour mainly non Japanese speakers. Unfortunately it rains throughout the day but the tour overall is excellent.

Definitely a 5-star experience. Dazaifu has an interesting historical background. Yufuin was a beautiful town which is famous for a variety of reasons such as strawberries, fried chicken & crab leg to name a few. The Beppu hot springs offered a unique experience.

Klook offers several Mount Fuji tours, each providing unique experiences and one which I booked is the “Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko Tour,” which includes visits to Hakone Owakudani where I tasted the black egg (+7 years to my life), Arakurayama Sengen park which I got the best picturesque of Mount Fuji at sunset time, Nikkawa Watch Shop, the famous Lawson Convenience Store and Oishi park. Overall, this Klook’s Mount Fuji tours are well-regarded for its comprehensive itineraries, knowledgeable guide, especially the very energetic and friendly assigned to our tour, “Feng” our multilingual tour guide, she’s actually one of the best I had experienced on any of my tours and the opportunity to experience the cultural and natural beauty of the region. Absolutely got fascinated and fell in love of Fuji-san. Must come back!!!! 😍 🇯🇵🗻

A must try tour if you want an up close view of an active volcano. Aside from from the other stops, onsen is also a favorite, you can choose between a private or public onsen, with a lot of places to choose from. Our tour guide, Lina, she shares a lot of information about our stops, she’s also very approachable and jolly and gives us tips on our tour.

Andy was very interactive and communicated travel plans as we went despite the language barrier. The tour itself was amazing and we loved being away from the busy city for the day. If you’re keen on a day trip seeing spots that you don’t even see on social media, this is the tour for you!

First time using Klook. Satisfied. The trip is using a mini van. The driver helped bringing our baby stroller up and down the bus each time we stopped. The guide was a Chinese but can speak English. Going on early November has the plus point of not much crowd. Disadvantage is the zoo is closed and the fall leaves mostly brown, not as colorful. We got the first snow when we visited the Blue Pond.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the tour guide—very enthusiastic, professional, and fluent in English. Thanks to their guidance, I learned a lot about the places we visited, the local culture, and the history of the region. Their passion and knowledge made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Asahikawa, I highly recommend this experience. It was truly a memorable and meaningful day!

I was really impressed with this trip! It was a well-packed one-day tour, offering both breathtaking natural scenery and a great shopping experience. Lisa was an excellent guide—she explained everything clearly, was super friendly, and always willing to help. She managed the schedule well to keep us on track. The driver was also very polite and professional. Even on a snowy day, he handled the roads with great skill. Lake Toya was absolutely stunning! I had read some reviews beforehand, so I brought my own sandwich and ate it on the bus. That gave me more time to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery when we arrived. Jigokudani was equally breathtaking. Lisa even offered to take pictures for us, saying she loves photography and wanted to help. She was so sweet! I only wish we had more time there. Next time, I’ll definitely stay overnight to fully experience the atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this tour—it’s totally worth it!
