The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet, the service staff is polite, and it is very close to the station. There are many delicious ramen restaurants near the hotel. It is really worth trying it opposite the hotel. 🥰🥰

this hotel was great! i think its a little bit bigger than the usual japan hotel, like we were able to open 2 hand carry sized luggage, tho a bit tight already. the free anenities were also great, and the location is very convenient.

High value for a hotel in Kyoto city and not too far from the station, and the hotel staff service is very good.

Our stay at Sakura Terrace in Kyoto was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the traditional Japanese pajamas provided by the hotel – a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The onsen (public bath) was an incredible experience, offering the perfect way to relax after exploring the beautiful city of Kyoto. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options that set us up for the day ahead. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and Kyoto’s main attractions. Overall, Sakura Terrace provides a warm, authentic, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Kyoto!

The hotel is behind Kyoto Station. If you are heading from Kyoto Tower, you need to "go down to the underground street" from Kyoto Station to reach the hotel's location at Hachijo. Kyoto Station is fun to visit. In addition to the department store, there are many shops and restaurants. There is also a Ramen Alley on the 10th floor which houses many ramen shops. The light show staircase next to it is beautiful. It's not far from Higashi Honganji Temple, so you can take a walk and have a look. If you are participating in Klook activities, it is very convenient to stay here. The gathering point is in front of Avanti (department store) Don Quixote, which is only 3-5 minutes walk away. You don't have to rush to get up early in the morning. The room is small but well-equipped and there is a bathtub to soak in. There is a lowson downstairs. Sometimes the store will be crowded with tourists living nearby 😂

The location is convenient and close to Kyoto Station, about 10 minutes walk. Kyoto Station is very beautiful, good for shopping and visiting department stores and restaurants, you can spend a whole day there... There is a Lawson downstairs next to the hotel, you can buy food and drinks at any time at night, the hotel's thoughtful counter can store luggage, the standard bed can sleep 2 adults not too narrow and very good to sleep, although the room is small, there is a bathtub to soak and relieve a day's fatigue, the hotel is very close to Don Quixote, this trip to Osaka and Kyoto stayed at Fresa inn really recommended 👍

Had a good stay at the Hotel M’s. Very near to mall ant train station. Easy to find and they have good amenites!

nice location, its very near to Kyoto Station. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast also have plenty of choice. The Staff serve very well...will book again next time
