This trip only takes buses to Cinque Terre, and does not include train tickets and lunch. If you don’t want to use your brain, you can directly join the all-inclusive package. Although you get up early, you can sleep on the car on the return trip.

went in august. the view is nice but super hot. guide was excellent and itinerary was well organized. we had seniors with the group and the pace was a bit difficult for the seniors with climbing up and down stairs to go to the train platform but guide made sure no one got left behind.

The meeting place was not easy to find. At that time, we followed some people who seemed to be going to the meeting point. The tour guide was funny and the tour bus to Cinque Terre was comfortable. We went to three villages in total and stayed in each village for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Because the weather was good, we could take a boat to the last village. However, we had to wait for 15 minutes under the scorching sun, but that was understandable. In one of the villages, you can go into the water. If you don’t mind, you can bring your swimsuit and play in the water.

Nice tour guide allows you to have free time during the tour and rest time on coach. Schedule and arrangements are good, but you may expect a little bit hiking time.

The guide gave clear instructions for the meet up time and place at every location. We went to four villages in Cinque Terre with train and boat, then bus coming back and forth Florence. Our guide Elizabeth and Roberto was great and helpful.
