Our guide Binh was very knowledgeable about the history of all the places we visited and made the whole trip very enjoyable. A relatively chill day trip with 2 main activities, exploring cat ba national park and kayaking around Lan Ha Bay

In Hanoi, I was able to heal in a truly clean nature away from the smoke and noise. All the staff were so kind and the resort facilities were better than a 5-star hotel in Seoul. I was especially satisfied with the balcony decorated as a private space and the stylish and clean bathroom. There is a reason why it is more expensive than other cruises. The food was all delicious and the limousine van I used to go back and forth from Hanoi was so comfortable. I regret not staying 2 nights. I will highly recommend it to people around me who are going to Halong Bay. It was a cruise I chose to take a break before returning to Korea after a hard schedule in Sapa, and it was really great. I can go alone! It was so nice to get a massage in the resort and listen to good music while looking at the beautiful scenery from the private balcony in the room. The manager and staff took really good care of me. I would like to use it again if I go to Vietnam. I am especially grateful to Rachel, the manager in charge.❤️

love this experience. staff onboard was very helpful and friendly but the best part of it was the top deck which has sunbeds, open if the weather is good (went there early jan). itinerary is better if you enjoy wet activities but lounging around is great too.

CP value is pretty good for a cruise experience. Although the itinerary is very tight, the tour guide still does his best to introduce and lead everyone to visit the scenic spots in Halong Bay. The room is small but very clean (although the toilet water flow is very slow). There is no balcony, but you can directly open the window and enjoy the gentle breeze of Halong Bay. The food is also delicious and the service staff are friendly.

First things first best part about the experience was Alex the guide as his charisma and joy nature kept us excited all the way through. Staff were really helpful and rooms were neat and luxurious. Karoke activity was also really fun. Cruise is luxurious indeed and all the activities were managed in really fun way.

This cruise is so well organised and great value for money. The boat was so beautiful, food was delicious, and staff were super lovely and helpful. Great way to explore one of the most incredible places on Earth!

it is an awesome experience and viet hai village tour at cat ba, fish spa, cycling at viet hai village is extraordinary and luch is fabulous , Overall its a good experience with serinity cruise and it is well maintainend. Pick up and drop facility by bus is aslo nice.
