One of the best trip I have ever had so far. Our tour guide is very friendly and caring, he ensure everyone are having good time. Weather was good and the view is simply stunning❤️

The tour guide will contact you 1 day in advance to confirm on the pick up location and time. Our tour guide is Lee. He is humorous and helpful towards our family as my mum is not able to walk well, he is patience with her. Cruise service is top notch! Cabin is clean and the best is each room comes with bathtub and balcony that faces the sea. The food is very delicious and servings for the dinner is huge. The waiters will make sure that the buffet food is always top up, no reminders are needed. Activities wise I feel is okay, kayaking, swimming in the sea, exploring the cave, cooking class and taji in the morning. And we caught a squid! Overall we had a good time with Aspira!

My recent 2D1N Ha Long Bay cruise was an absolute dream! The breathtaking scenery was beyond words. Even with a little rain, the bay still exuded a serene and calming atmosphere. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly our amazing tour guide, Cody. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our every need was met. The cruise staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the food was delicious. While the water wasn't free, it's easy to understand why given its scarcity. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam. I will book again and experience Ha Long during sunny days.

The cruise exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Special thanks to my server Jimmy, who went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed delicious gluten-free meals throughout the journey. Despite the rainy and cloudy weather, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, with an eerie charm that added to the allure of the bay. Five stars all around for an unforgettable adventure

It was a very comfortable experience. I went to a kind of shopping spot to use the restroom on the way, but there was no compulsion to make any purchases. The service attitude of the crew on the ship is very good. It is recommended to visit!

It was an enjoyable trip. Every thing was well organised. Staff trys to take care of everyone’s requirements, whether it’s food restrictions/ preference, birthday/ anniversary celebrations, accommodation types etc. they are very attentive. Guide Harry was very enthusiastic.

The excursion is excellent, the route is not trivial. The food is delicious: lunch and light lunch. The only negative is the lisuine: it has only 4 really comfortable chairs with a reclining back and a footrest, 2 are regular chairs, next to the driver, and 3 more at the end of the cabin and the back prevents the car door from reclining. In general, if you don’t pin your hopes on the limousine, then the excursion is good

Worth the Money! Must Visit! In the beginning, the minibus will pick u up at your hotel. Although my hotel is outside Old Quater, but they still manage to pick us up there which the other Apps won't. The minibus is clean and the driver is helpful tho. Then the 2D1N escaped from the city trip is begun. Our English speaking tour guide, Dominic guided us through the whole trip. He is a friendly, responsible, helpful, funny guy and taken good care of us. The itinerary is well planned and we had enough of time to enjoy all the activities. Foods on board were very delicious and variety. You will get to know friends from other countries too! Unforgettable one!
