Mount Rokkō

The trip was well planned with some shopping, chilling at the onsen ending with a scenic view of city. Joan, Our tour guide, took good care of us. She is effectively bilingual and i like how she started the trip with some brief background of the place we were going. Also sharing some good tips while shopping at the outlets and what to look out for at aroma onsen. The driver was also very friendly and accommodating. I realised that I had provided the wrong pick up point only the night before the trip and Joan was able to help inform the driver promptly. The trip was good because we were lucky to have a good guide and driver. It would have been perfect if slightly more time is allocated for shopping and arima onsen.

really great tour! it was really convenient :)our guide winnie was really accommodating and friendly. we had fun playing in the snow and feeding the deer! ❤️❤️it was a holiday when we went olso there were a lot of people in the snow park 😅(so take note of their holiday dates!) nevertheless it was fun going on the sled and playing in the snoooow❄️❄️

The tour guide Joan can speak Mandarin and English, so there is no problem communicating with the group members! Her introduction and explanation of the attractions are clear and detailed! She was very friendly and well organized! Worth recommending!

There are carbonated springs, gold hot springs, and silver hot springs here. It is really comfortable and relaxing after taking a bath. The skin is also very radiant and delicate. The skin does not feel dry after taking a bath. It really feels relaxing. If time permits, you can also make an appointment for a massage or a rock bath, which is completely refreshing. 👍

Booking in advance for a specific date is quick and easy! The facilities are quite complete and clean. The staff are very friendly and the set meal food is also very delicious. It is a good experience.

Very convenient to use. You can display information from your mobile phone to access it right away. Buying tickets in advance is cheaper. I recommend going in the morning-noon on weekdays. There are a lot of people but it's not too busy. In the afternoon, there are more people, both Japanese and foreigners.

The outlet is very big, 3 hours is too rushed, Arima Onsen is small, not too many people, the ridge is very comfortable, but it's a pity that I didn't see the night view

On this trip, I met a tour guide named Gary who was full of energy. Gary worked really hard all day long. He selflessly shared his rich experience stories and reminded us what details to pay attention to. My family likened Gary to a history teacher. If you want to listen to knowledge, I really recommend him~Gary. We were basically free to wander around when we arrived at the destination, but Gary was very attentive to remind us of big and small things, and he would also take pictures for us. Any questions we asked could get sincere feedback, which made me feel that we were a TEAM hahaha. It was a good experience to be able to take a bus full of energy. It takes a lot of physical strength to climb the stairs. It was worth it to climb to the sixth step and see the scene outside. There were some places on the scene where you needed to change into slippers to enter and exit. There was just a short break. The overall time was arranged very smoothly. The driving brother had good driving skills and was very stable. We would arrive at the next destination soon. After climbing the stairs to soak in the hot springs, we would go to see the scenery and buy souvenirs. For those who don’t want to walk too much, it is very suitable to follow the KLOOK itinerary. It is quite good to get on the bus to catch up on sleep until the next stop after a fixed-point tour.
