Breakfast and dinner are available. The service staff are polite. The room looks a bit old-fashioned but very clean. It's close to the station but a little far from the city.

The service is very attentive, and the housekeeping is very clean for consecutive stays. It is very close to the train station and the motorcycle rental location. It is very convenient. You can provide luggage storage service before checking in or checking out.

We checked in during the Hualien earthquake, so there were really few people. The quality of the accommodation is maintained well. There are more choices for breakfast and late night snacks than other Hualien hotels. Highly recommended.

I stay here for a few days before the start of school every winter and summer vacation. I feel very familiar and comfortable. Because there is a self-service laundry, I don’t need to bring too much change of clothes. If you are too tired to go out for food, the hotel also provides late night snacks at 7 p.m. There will also be live singing and magic performances that children like during the meal. Although there are many hotels and B&Bs in Hualien, I still like to stay here the most. Moreover, the price is more favorable when booking with Klook. It is also very convenient to apply for multi-day multi-person travel subsidy. I recommend it to everyone.

Great environment, good location, convenient transportation, and most importantly, the counter service is super good. This is the second time I have gone there, and I will go there again in the future and introduce friends and family to it.

On the second night of my stay, the staff was still very friendly and helpful. Some people reported that there was a strange smell in the corridor, but after going out and coming back, the smell was gone! We attach great importance to the guests' feelings!

Late night snacks and breakfast are provided, and bicycles can be borrowed. The facilities are complete and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is very suitable for resting here.

I borrowed a baby bath during my three-day stay. The child had a lot of fun. The bed was moderately soft and hard. There was a bus service to and from the station. It was also very child-friendly and close to a convenience store.
