The guide & driver were very kind & great! The bus was a large, new model and very comfortable. I highly recommend the Alps train! The lake was frozen, but the view of the snow-covered mountains was a work of art.

Simon was a very good guide. Explained everything in detail yet managed to keep it interesting even when our group came from different countries and backgrounds.

the guide is good overall in explaining and sharing the history. The assistant was very helpful to help us keep the things which are not allowed to bring into the church.

Thanks to our guide Monica, we were able to have a comfortable trip. Monica is the best!! The schedule changed from Lake Lugano to Bellagio, but the travel agency gave us sufficient explanation and agreement in advance via WhatsApp, and the vehicle was a large vehicle and very comfortable. Even in December, the lake was not frozen at all and was very nice.

The kids enjoy this museum very much. the interactive display in the exhibit allows us to understand the Leonardo Da Vinci’s invention better.

We could experience authentic pizza and gelato cooking. We could learn many things and our Italian instructor was really helpful and caring for us. I recommend to take this course.

Amato and Enzo gave us a good experience. Amato was our tour guide and he did his best to cater to the english speaking and the spanish speaking tourists. He was very informative and he gave really good recommendations. Enzo was our very skilled driver. He navigated the narrow and winding streets like he was just driving a car instead of a bus. My friend and I had a lovely time. We get to see the beautiful sights while comfortably sitting in the bus. It was a good balance of walking and resting in the bus while going to point a to point b. Touring around lake como on a private boat was an added bonus. It’s a lovely experience all in all, will definitely recommend it and would do it again if ever we’ll go back to Milan. 😊😊😊
