The salty snacks and cakes are beautifully designed and taste good, and the sea urchin and mango shrimp are a surprise! Champagne 🍾 is delicious. The environment is comfortable and the staff service is very good. Someone played the piano on site. I spent a happy afternoon with my friends and will eat there again! recommend!

The location is convenient, directly accessible from Exit C of Xiangxi Station of the Metro. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The environment is comfortable and it is a good place to spend a day.

The room is clean and tidy, no smell, and the air conditioning is comfortable. The location is convenient. It is only a 100-meter walk to Xiangxi Village Metro Station. I will stay here again next time I go to Shenzhen.

The hotel is in a good location. The front desk staff are very, very nice. They have sweet smiles and work efficiently. The room has drinks and snacks. It is clean and beautiful. I have stayed here many times and will stay again next time.

Stayed for two nights in a row. The breakfast selection was quite satisfactory and tasted good, but the instant American style was inferior. It is recommended to pay for a special drink with a coffee roll. The overall decoration is comfortable and the front desk staff is also very polite. I would stay here again!

The overall service is average. Because this package is a free upgrade instead of directly booking an executive room, the service at the front desk is not ideal. He gave me the feeling that he was afraid that I would blame him and just wanted to let me leave as soon as possible. He didn't even tell me the basic check-out time. But to be fair, apart from him, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and polite.
