very nice and very relaxing hotel, 😊 and the room is very aesthetic especially the lobby, good to take a lot of pics, 😄

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the pier and Fisherman's Wharf. You can take the Sands Hotel shuttle bus to get there. There is also free luggage storage service after check-out, which is convenient for tourists!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are big and tidy. We were facing Broadway Street, but it was alright. The facilities are clean, and the staff is polite. The pool was closed at the time we came. The gym has a lot of equipment. Recommended! They offer a mini buffet breakfast, however the main breakfast is ala carte.

The hotel room is very clean and has no odor. The guy at the counter is very nice. We were carrying two large suitcases and he helped us upgrade to a large room for free. The location is also very convenient. It's across the street from the bus station. It takes only 5-8 minutes to walk to the Border Gate and about 10 minutes to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. They are very close. The hotel staff are very good and will help us call a taxi. After checking out, you can also store your luggage and go around and then go back to pick up your luggage... I will book again next time I go

The hotel is at a very serene location opposite to Hotel Sands. Staff is very polite. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

The location is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, some open 24 hours. The hotel staff was friendly and proactive in helping to solve problems.

The hotel is easy access to bus station. The room is clean, wide space and with free toiletries. The staff are friendly and they can understand basic english. The location is atleast 13m walk to Ruins of St. Paul, St Dominic Church and Senado Square

Great experience, free cookies and drinks are also provided, the counter and housekeeping staff are very friendly, I will book again next time if I have the chance!
