The staff are very accommodating. They can also understand a bit of english. The room is clean and have hot water. They also offer free luggage storage after check out so that you can have a chance to roam around Macau.

The hotel staff has good service and the environment is beautiful. Although I only stayed for one night, I spoke highly of your hotel and hope to stay for a few more nights.

Great hotel. the condition still in great condition, similar from what i experienced more than 11years ago. the rooms are huge. similar to a small 3 room flat.

The overall stay was great. The transportation is convenient and very close to Gongbei Port/Customs Gate. Next door is the 16 Pu Hotel, with many delicious restaurants nearby.

Good location, near convenience store, Senado Square, St Augustine, Ruin St Paul, spacious room and warm hospitality. The building quite old but clean

Diferentiated check-in process. Superb customer service - butler service is amazing. great location - within Venetian and Parisian complex with free bus shuttle service.
