What a great experience! I asked Klook’s customer service for a birthday surprise in advance, and the hotel arranged a small birthday decoration and gave me a birthday cake! The cake was of very high quality, beautiful and delicious, and I was very surprised! Although it was a mountain view room, I still had a little sea view. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has a wet and dry shower room and a bathtub. It is very comfortable and satisfactory!

The location is convenient, directly accessible from Exit C of Xiangxi Station of the Metro. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The environment is comfortable and it is a good place to spend a day.

The room is clean and tidy, no smell, and the air conditioning is comfortable. The location is convenient. It is only a 100-meter walk to Xiangxi Village Metro Station. I will stay here again next time I go to Shenzhen.

The hotel is in a good location. The front desk staff are very, very nice. They have sweet smiles and work efficiently. The room has drinks and snacks. It is clean and beautiful. I have stayed here many times and will stay again next time.

Stayed for two nights in a row. The breakfast selection was quite satisfactory and tasted good, but the instant American style was inferior. It is recommended to pay for a special drink with a coffee roll. The overall decoration is comfortable and the front desk staff is also very polite. I would stay here again!

The lighting in the room is very comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water are sufficient, and Xiaojun intelligently controls various commands such as turning on and off lights, air conditioning, calling the front desk, etc., which is very convenient and advanced. This package is a great value, including breakfast for two, laundry service, a free refrigerator mini bar, two coffee rolls, and the most surprising bottle of red/white wine! ! Since I ordered two days apart, two bottles of wine were given, and I chose one red and one white! I’ll share another comment on other facilities and breakfast. Overall, the room is very good!
