Overall, I am very impressed. The staff took very good care of me, smiling brightly from the time I checked in until I got on the car to go back. There was a lot of food to choose from. The transportation is convenient. It's easy to get to, just a short ride. The view is amazing, the air is very good. I recommend you to sleep here.

The hotel is very beautiful, but I booked with Klook and there was a problem. I did not book breakfast with the hotel, even though the booking stated that breakfast was included. We had to pay for it ourselves and send the receipt for a refund. But until now, I have not received a refund and it is very difficult to contact the staff. It is better to book directly with the hotel.

If you visit bana hills you should stay one night to enjoy the beautiful place of bana hills. They gve us room upgrade and we love it. The hotel breakfast is good so many options. They're staffs are helpful and friendly. Thumbs up 👍👍 We will come back surely!
