Hakone Ropeway tours

The places we visited are all picturesque, it is really worth every penny. The tour bus leave on time and manage to get back in time too. No hassle at all. The Tour guide Tom, Can speak english and fun too. The Captain has a great driving skill. We had a great time and memorable experience!Kudos to Klook☺️

Our tour guide Vicky is very hospitable and always looking out for everyone. We thorougly enjoyed the trip, every stop was memorable for us! We also liked that this is a small group tour because it gave us a chance to also get to know our tourmates. :) wish we had more time to explore the street stalls in kamakura!

The tour guide Yuan Yang is very good. This group has a high CP value and a compact itinerary. If you only check in and visit the places, it is worth a try. You will have more time to go on your own in the future according to your preference. But something went wrong... I remember that I filled in the name and contact information for each family member. For some reason, there was no name information on the departure list, only my phone number was left. The email I received before the trip was Please rest assured that it will be properly arranged. As a result, there were about seven or eight groups ready to leave at the meeting point at the same time. We were unable to find the correct group immediately, and we were faced with the pressure of departure time. It was frustrating that we thought we would miss the trip. There are two charges after getting on the bus. The pirate ship ticket will be charged first according to the travel time, and the meal fee will be charged after the meal time has been determined (grilled Wagyu beef is 3,000 although the price is low, but the quantity and taste cannot be commented on, eel rice and fried chicken rice are both 1,500, which is like a lack of food) Like the popular store business lunches, the vendors on the itinerary are always more delicious, but you won’t have much time to enjoy them, so you can only seize the time to try them). Fortunately, I was lucky enough to complete the itinerary this time, so I deducted one star. ,above

travelled in mini van. small group size and easy to move around. tour mates are all very nice people. tour guide, Ms kim li ping, and driver, Mr wang chao, were helpful. the onsen hotel stay was quite an uncomfortable stay, felt like it's managed and run by non Japanese. the 10,000yen beef (200g) add-on during dinner at the onsen hotel wasn't good too. the tour itinerary was not bad, though I would prefer to have more time at mt fuji area then at endoshima area. happy that fuji mountain wasn't "shy" on one of the days so we got a good glimpse at it. but it wasn't snowing then so the mountain looks bare.

This was a delightful experience. The cruise on Lake Ashi was very comfortable, offering us a chance to admire the stunning scenery of the lake and take pictures at the scenic water torii. The road to Owakudani was heavily congested, but fortunately, we took the cable car to reach there, enjoying the captivating volcanic wonders shrouded in mist at Owakudani and successfully avoiding the crowd. The arrangement of this trip was truly brilliant.

Highly recommended especially for first timer traveler. Our guide Mr. Yasu was kind, helpful, considerate and always ensure that everybody is having fun. Our driver (I forgot his name) is also good and nice. We were able to rest in the bus while traveling from one place to another. The activities are recommendable especially the fruit picking it was amazing. The food was awesome, good presentation and very tasty.

Highly recommended, during booking I gave my weChat ID. On the night before the tour, driver added me on weChat. Thankfully I can speak Chinese so it was easy for me to communicate with the driver. At Japan Time 7:40AM i arrived at the meeting point, our tour van departed punctually at 8am from Tokyo Station to pickup the rest at the next meeting point. Traffic was bad 3 hours journey, so driver swapped the itinerary around and took us to Hakone Shrine first, we reached at Japan Time 11:10am and didnt have time to queue and take photo with the iconic shrine so i took from the side instead. Then we assembled at 12noon JST & driver drove us to the place where we could buy tickets and board the pirate ship hakone sightseeing cruise+ ropeway cable car (own cost) For those who are not interested to take it, stay in the car and driver will bring you to Lake Ashi and later Owakudani. Tried the legendary Owakudani eggs. So from my pirate ship, cable car, owakudani area we had 2.5 hours to ourselves. The next timing was Japan Time 2:30PM at the tour van to depart for the next Gotemba premium outlet, we reached around 3.45/4pm JST. then we had 1 hour to shop, before another traffic jam back to Tokyo, by the time we arrive it was already close to 8pm JST. Cost savings wise it was cheaper to take this tour than to DIY and train there yourself, however i think if time allows, should stay at Mt Fuji area for 1-2 nights so it wouldnt be so rush.
