I love this cruise experience. I was with my 72 years old mom. We went to the upper deck since it wasn't that sunny. It is quite cloudy with a little sunshine. I love the weather but too bad we were not able to see Mount Fuji. We've just found out that Mt. Fuji didnt show her face all throughout Oct 2024. Anyway, that doesnt affect our enjoyment in this short cruise. Will definitely go back in different season to experience this. My mom love this experience too. Simple pleasures are life's treasures. 🥰

magical vibes especially in the outdoors areas in the gardens, i recommend going or staying until the evening and you'll be able to see the trees shining brightly. it was raining the day i went but i feel like that added to the beauty of the gardens.

We had an amazing tour with Jack. He did a great job guiding the group. We came on a holiday so it was extraordinarily busy but he still got us through our itinerary. All of the locations we saw were very beautiful and I’m happy we booked this tour.

such beautiful view. I didn’t like how they only gave you the opportunity to cover two tattoos with a sticker I had to pay for that comes off when you get in the water. the food was great. didn’t really get to go in the bath. people were noisy in the relaxing rooms but the massage oil massage was amazing

Hakone is a very nice place to visit at this time (early november). We are fortunate to get a very good weather, eventhough that means long que and traffic jam. We end up missing Yamanaka Lake Scenic view, but still very satisfied. Thanks to the Hardwork of Guide Jack 😁👍

Comfortable and quiet, simple but not forgetting details. Go through the bright tunnel from the exit of Gora Station. English can be communicated at the front desk.
