it could have been 5 stars but I was affected by one of the guide during the zipline. He seems very frustrated and angsty throughout the zipline, he spoke in a not a friendly manner and his facial expression is angry. maybe he had a bad day or we customer are just pissing him off because he is doing the same work everyday giving instructions n makes his work boring n thus showing us attitude. nevertheless all dept of staff are very friendly n kind especially at the lobby staff and transportation to hotel staff, they are patience towards our enquiries. I understand there are construction going on and there are makeshift counters at the entrance but I believe you all can do better with all the space inside, the area is huge and u can better accommodate customers waiting n queuing for entry n bus waiting

I would recommend this trip to those who wants to private trip in your own list to go/to do. I got Mr.Boy today and he is really amazing driver! He is very punctual, nice and fun to talk to (even though he speaks a little bit english, he uses google translate and makes every communication clear), and recommend so many good places to go for us. He initially offered help to us to take pictures. The car is really clean, good driving, and the service is good. Thank you so much Mr. Boy.

Amazing experience! Sama Spa offers a calm and luxurious atmosphere from start to finish. The therapists are professional and attentive, and the massage was precise and relaxing. The place is very clean and beautifully designed. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true pampering experience!

wife and i agree that this is better than lets relax spa. decoration and tranquility is there. towels provided before and after massage. aik, a male attended to be and it was the best massage i ever had

On reaching the pier, the team gave sticker , which helped in finding the vehicle in Krabi. Ferry was clean and AC was working well. Comfortable journey.
