The waiting lobby, locker room, showers and toilet facilities are in great condition, with provision of shampoo, body wash and hair dryers provided for customers. Staff are kind and ensured safety at all times. Lunch menu at creyta day club variety could be improved.

Our guide, Alberth, was the best. He took best photos and videos, and he drove us for free in a nearby waterfall. The atv and rafting was very fun, personally my favorite itinerary. They offered good lunch. And the staff were very kind and approachable. Our guide in the rafting, Kuya, was energetic and made our rafting really enjoyable. Even our guide in the atv made sure we both had fun but still safe

My kids and I really enjoyed this activity as we love cycling. The vendors were so hospitable and generous when they welcomed us into their home for our breakfast and lunch. I'd like to commend our cycling guide for doing a great job in showing us around the village even though he is only 18 years old (sorry I didn't catch his name). My mother was able to follow us on the tour inside their car as she is unable to ride a bicycle. This was one of our favourite activities in Ubud for sure. Don't hesitate to support them!

I am so happy I did this tour as a solo traveller. This was my journey to self healing. Badra my driver was very kind and had lots of knowledge to share about the Indonesian culture. Ubud is divine. I would definitely recommend this experience to all my family and friends. 5 stars 🌟 Thank you.

One of the cooler experiences from my trip to bali was getting to see the picturesque waterfalls and also having the opportunity to swim in the water below as that is not generally permitted in areas back home in Aus. Definitely recommend for you to go there yourself, refreshing water and stunning scenery all around, just be careful getting in and out of the water as they have very slippery and sharp rocks all over. The monkey forest should also be on your bucket list, very fun to watch them play and wrestle each other and the area also has some really beautifully built temples and stone statues in amongst the greenery for you to look at whilst in there. Our tour guide, Oki, nicknamed “Oki Doki”, was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the places we explored that day and my friends and I learnt so much about the Indonesian culture, religions and general customs through him. He was eloquently spoken and open to all types of questions. He is definitely the person to go to if you’re looking for a fun and educational experience when exploring Bali, so if you have to opportunity to request a guide, definitely ask for Oki Doki! Haha

Our driver Yasa was very nice and easy to talk to, and gave us a great experience! The only strange thing is that our first trip was to go to a silver jewelry store, which was not part of the plan, so we were a little nervous at first, but gold and sterling silver jewelry here are not expensive, so it’s okay to buy one or two to show off. After that, we went to experience traditional costumes and take couple photos. The photographers and drivers were super professional in taking photos, and we created great memories. The terraces used for growing rice are very beautiful, very different from those in Taiwan. The plants in the coffee plantation all bear fruit, which is worth visiting. You can also drink various fruit teas and civet coffee. The water in the Holy Spring Temple is really extremely clear and sacred. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my swimsuit and couldn’t experience the water. However, I was surprised that there were huge fishes in the holy pool. The cleanest town in the world, the architecture is very beautiful, I love walking there and discussing their religion and culture with the tour guide/driver.

we had a wonderful time in Bali. thanks to our guide Mr. G and driver Carlos. our trip is remarkable. quite sad tho that we’re not able to go to the tirta temple because it was crowded that day. hence Mr. G agreed to our plan B and brought us to the coffee workshop/tour. we’ll definitely be back and hope to meet them again. 🫰
