Where can I collect my Taiwanese bus tickets?

You can collect your tickets from a staff-operated ticket window at a bus station.

To avoid missing your bus, pick up your tickets at least 20 minutes before departure.

For Ubus tickets:

1. Present your ticket collection information (ID number + last 6 digits of your phone number) at the counter. Inform them you've booked on Klook.

2. You can pick up the tickets at a self-service ticket machine at the following stations:

• Taipei Bus Station
• Taichung Chaoma Station
• Taichung Station
• Tainan Yanhang Station
• Kaohsiung Jianguo Station (Kaohsiung Station).

For Kuo Kuang Bus

1. Present your ticket collection information (your 10 digit phone number) at the counter.
2. Inform them you've booked on Klook.
