Cancellation Policy

Klook is committed to providing the best cancellation policy in the consumer market. Each car dealership has different regulations. Some companies allow free cancellation before picking up the car; some require cancellation 48 hours before picking up the car. Please check before placing a reservation for details. Read the regulations carefully.

No refunds will be provided if the reservation is canceled after the rental period has begun. If you fail to pick up the car, the car rental company will treat you as a "no-show" (for example: you fail to pick up the car on the reservation date and time, do not hold the required pick-up documents, do not meet the car rental qualifications, the main driver's credit card If the amount is insufficient to pay the deposit, etc.), no refund will be provided.
