How can I check the additional items/Terms & Conditions for my train booking?
You can see the additional items and any Terms & Conditions from the "Package details".
After booking confirmation, you can also check the details from the Bookings page or your voucher.
Important:
- Any additional items must be used within the dates and according to the Terms & Conditions stated on your booking.
- Cancellations and refunds for additional items will depend on the Terms & Conditions and the cancellation policy of your items.
