9 must-visit cafes on Jeju Island
1. ONE AND ONLY
Resembling a modern beach house, ONE AND ONLY is a cafe worth visiting for its stunning views alone. With a backdrop of the incredible Sanbangsan Mountain made of lava rock, and fronted by a beautiful coastline, this is undoubtedly the place to be if you're looking to dine on good food amidst picturesque surroundings.
Here, dig into all-day brunch options such as the classic eggs Benedict or desserts such as their decadent Sanbangsan cake. The cafe is also really huge, with plenty of seating options! Rooftop seats are available if you want to enjoy clear views of the mountain, as well as plenty of outdoor seating areas surrounded by a manicured lawn, sand, and palm trees.

Warm scones and a cup of coffee, paired with an idyllic view of Jeju's western coastline - can you imagine a more calming scene? That's exactly what you'll get at Biyangnol, a charming cafe with wide glass windows made for you to sit by, as you sip on your coffee and soak in views of the west coast, as well as of Biyangdo, a small island located across the waters.
The cafe is also known for its beautiful interior of large plants, vintage furniture, and exposed brick walls. Catching sunsets here is a lovely experience and our favorite part is the glass roof that allows sunlight to shine in, bathing the indoor space with warm, golden light.

3. Orrrn
One of the newer additions on Jeju Island, Orrrn is a modern bakery and coffee shop, tastefully designed and modeled to resemble a small oreum to mirror the island's natural landscape and blend in. Clear glass windows offer scenic views of the ocean, while the backyard is lush with plants and even canola flowers.
The pastries are a must-try here, such as their pies, croffles and croissants, which we recommend pairing with their signature Orrrn Latte. The cafe is also located near the iconic Seongsan Ilchulbong, a must-visit UNESCO Heritage site in Jeju formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions. After a hike there, why not drop by the cafe for a rewarding cup of coffee?

This homely restaurant is beautifully decorated with nostalgic touches, making you feel as if you're visiting an old, traditional house in the countryside.
The indoor space itself isn't large, but you can definitely find rest within the cosy, intimate corners here as you enjoy a comforting cup of coffee and croissants. Our favorite space to sit at would definitely be by the window that offers you a view of the beautiful garden outside, made for picture perfect moments no matter the season.

While you're here, do make sure to grab their famous bread, baked fresh daily and using only organically fermented ingredients.

In fact, dining here makes you feel like you're hanging out at a stunning beachside resort.
The cafe's huge glass windows provide a clear view of the outdoors from the inside, but the best seats here are definitely the ones outside on the spacious terrace and sandy beach. Situated on the island's western coast, we highly recommend ordering a refreshing drink here and then grabbing a seat outdoors to catch the sunset.
