We booked this last minute but so glad that we did so. We booked at 9.30am for a 10.30am start and we missed the morning rush. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. You have until 5pm to return your kimonos but 4 hours was enough for us. We had a wonderful time and made beautiful memories. Would definitely recommend. i paid the extra 1000 yen to upgrade from basic hairstyling and it was well worth it. we saw others getting professional photography and that looked great too.

We made an appointment at 9am in the morning. There were Chinese people in the store who could understand Chinese. Under the guidance of the store clerk, I changed my clothes and chose lace. I realized that I had to wear so many layers of clothes. It was very hot. The store clerk told me to choose a color in sign language. I said I wanted blue. She took a sapphire blue and said in sign language that it might not match my clothes. So I chose pink under her suggestion. During the hair braiding process, I heard the store clerk say "I'm kneeling down~" because my hair is thick and long, which makes it more difficult to braid my hair. Her attitude was very good. Even if I didn't understand the words, I could communicate through yes and no. With sign language, she also explained in advance that I needed to use hairspray and curling irons. Did you agree? But I came with my boyfriend. He didn't experience kimono. There was no place to sit or wait in the store. He accidentally broke in and caused a little trouble. Maybe we need to add a waiting area? =͟͟͞͞(꒪ᗜ꒪ ‧̣̥̇) The details of wearing a kimono are really meticulous. I gestured the length and size. The layers of wrapping were wrapped and I tied a bow and said to me, so kawaii ฅฅ*

Second time booking with Klook for Yukata experience!! I love that it's so easy and you can book last minute (I booked the night before). Ruri kimono's staffs were really friendly and you can tell they're very proficient with their work. The girl who welcomed us was fluent in English and I heard her speak CN and JP too which was great!! The yukata choices were good! if to you the more exquisite design you can pay more up to 3k yen. We opted to just choose to upgrade our obi and hairstyles for 2k yen. SO WORTH IT!! The hairstyles were good and the designs were nice! Will definitely come back here next time! Highly recommend! 💝

They have lots of beautiful photos on their Facebook page. The price for furisode is quite expensive, but seeing the material in person makes a big difference—it really shines, and the quality is noticeable when you touch it. After searching for a while, I found a promotional deal on KLOOK, which also included a basic hairstyle. Though there aren’t many outfit options, the quality is definitely more refined compared to others in the Asakusa area. They dress you with great care, highly recommended!

metro exit 5, right side and walk till the t junction. its the corner building. we abit lost as the google did not bring us to the right place. but we still make it with Navi app. they speak chinese and english so no problem with communicating. you may add on for better choices but we are good with the package.

adequate choice of kimono. There are obi acessories and some hair style option that need extra payment( not expensive). The only problem is the store is really hard to locate, it is in the 4th floor of ordinary building, they only provided a very small signage.

Photographer that service us was a Chinese male. He is very friendly, chatty and enthusiastic in taking photos and engaging. The next day we got all the in-edited photos for selection to edit the 10 that we want. I love the photos outcome. We are so pretty!

We arrived 5-10mins late from our booked time since we got lost but the staff accommodated us immediately. They were really friendly and easy to talk to as they speak in english. They helped us choose the kimonos and the accessories. The staff who fixed my hair also did a great job and was really friendly. We loved the experience!
