Very good facilities and service (eg free ice cream, night ramen, washer). Very popular & crowded on that Sunday night such that i had to queue for a cubicle in the public bath lol. Would consider staying here again if overnight in Otaru. Room was a bit small for luggage.

The facility is very obvious to spot especially at night when we arrived in Otaru. The room is also great and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff also allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception while we tour around the town. We were not able to try the onsen at the top floor.
