Excellent stay! The pool and mini Waterpark are very fun & beautiful! Our family vacation was definitely enhanced by staying here. They even had some happy gour specials at the pool with 2 for 1 cocktails and discounts on food and other drinks! We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a large balcony and an amazing view of the beach. The service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet at the Prego restaurant was delicious, unique and extremely filling! We hope to be back soon!

Easy to book, convenient, fast, get a cheaper price than other websites. Book a room without having to confirm with the hotel again. It's okay. I will definitely use Klook again. It's the best.

The room is in a convenient location, with a large shopping mall downstairs. There are also large night markets, which are easy to access. Staff are attentive and courteous. But the breakfast was a bit lacking.

The price is reasonable, the hotel buffet breakfast has many choices, it is clean and hygienic, and the price is high. The reception is very polite, dedicated and happy, suitable for the whole family to play together.

The environment is fresh and full of Christmas atmosphere, suitable for a family to enjoy. There are many buffet breakfast options. There is a water park, children's activities and a good spa. Terminal 21 is next to it, which is very convenient.

We loved everything about the hotel. From check-in to check-out. Room was spacious and clean. Food and beverages services in the lobby are great and good value. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Really great service. Very nice food and cocktails. I had a Manhattan and two G&Ts during my stay. All were quite potent, unlike some bars that serve watered down drinks. Service staff was incredible even though some struggled with English. This is something easily overcome with Google translate. The only possible draw back may be that the facilities are old.
